
I’ve been looking for a solution to replace my old favorite potato chips flavor, sour cream and onions. That’s why i created this little magic powder that is now part of my daily diet! It’s delicious on popcorn, salad, pasta, french fries (so good on fries!), in addition to being much healthier than the commercial seasoning options.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cashews
- 1/3 cup of hemp seeds
- 3 tablespoon of nutritionnal yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (more to the taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and reduce to powder.
- Sprinkle on food! To make the mixture stick to the popcorn, i add a drizzle of oil or vegan butter before adding a large amount of seasoning.
