
Beet hummus is very popular! After testing several recipes, i found my perfect little mix. Simple, quick to prepare and delicious with crackers and raw vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 can of 540 ml chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 small beet, diced
- The juice of a lemon
- 1/4 cup of sesame butter (tahini)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until very smooth.
