Tofu in a smoothie? Oh yeah!
The « tofu dessert » has a smooth and creamy texture, in addition to being rich in protein. With the flaxseeds and hemp seeds, we find no less than 18 grams of protein in this quick breakfast recipe. What a great way to start to the day!
- 150 grams of almond flavor tofu dessert
- 10 frozen or fresh cherries
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Put all the ingredients in the mixer and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
